| Name: Halibel Soul Status: Hollow (Arrancar, artificially evolved) Job/Rank: Tercera (Third) Espada Personality: Taciturn and sedate, Halibel possesses a reserved/distant air, but is also calmly attentive/mindful. She's confident in her abilities, but sees no reason to demonstrate them needlessly, or defend them vocally. When Halibel does speak the tone is serious, but generally respectful. However, she never hesitates to reprimand/question others, even Espada who outrank her. Halibel is very loyal to Aizen, both because of his obvious strength/abilities, and what she has gained via him. In contrast to most of her comrades, Halibel is compassionate towards her fraccion, and doesn't abuse or treat them condescendingly. She's capable of empathy, but this generally manifests itself as her not looking down on others for their failings, rather than overt care. It's no coincidence that Halibel holds the third seat Neliel Tu Oderschvank once did. Halibel probably holds similar ideals, but internalizes them more. This likely makes relationships with her fellow male Espada (such as Nnoitra) a bit more bearable. Considering Halibel's cool mindfulness, it's possible she observed/studied Neliel's fall from grace and adjusted her own behavior accordingly. |
